Meet Clara

Lutin labs started the usability tests today. They recruit ordinary people off the street as testers and video them trying to accomplish set tasks on the wap site on a mobile phone. Then they analyse the video plus a questionnaire completed by the person to see where the ergonomics need improving and make recommendations. First results come through tomorrow.

Meanwhile more new people are signing up every day and some have been sending messages to Clara, our resident supermodel ;-) One person made her one of their contacts. I may have to start getting inventive in my replies soon...
